Bughead

Big Baby

Locked Groove

Bughead describe their sound as skapunkfunkrastarockreggae. The word may not be in the dictionary but it certainly is accurate. They tiptoe through the garden of musical delights with the finesse of a ballet dancer, all the while tearing your mind loose with driving drums, machine-gun bass lines, and double edged guitar riffs. Rarely does a band master so many musical forms so brilliantly.

The ten tunes on this CD cover a broad range of styles with equal ease and energy. Of particular note is “Dark Island,” which also happens to be one of the band’s faves. Locked Groove, PO Box 948301, Maitland FL 32794.
