25 Ta Life

Strength Through Unity/The Spirit Remains

Triple Crown

A quick, 6-song EP from one of the top NYHC bands of the 1990s. On any weekend one is likely to catch 25 Ta Life either at a CBGB’s hardcore Matinee or opening for one of the many small local HC shows somewhere in the five boroughs. The band’s emphasis is on the hardcore creed of loyalty to one’s extended HC family, truth, justice, tattoos, never to be weak, and the endless fight against institutional racism. Included are “Loose Wit Da Truth,” “Turning Point,” and “Took My Kindness for Weakness.” Make yourself known to them and they might play the next basement or garage gig you host. Triple Crown Records, 331 West 57th #472, New York, NY 10019
