Anne Summers represents one of my least favorite trends in band names, guy bands giving themselves girl band names. Gender confusion aside, these guys must love the Mersey Beat sound, because they’ve put plenty of it in this record. The songs all sound really familiar, save for the lyrics. I guess it’s cool, but I’d rather buy Herman’s Hermits, or the Dave Clark Five… well I won’t go that far, but you know what I mean. PC Music 711 Eighth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101
