With a name like Sloppy Seconds, you can expect songs about sex, love, and relationships – which they are – but not in the way you might think. There’s the obvious, like “You Got a Great Body, but Your Record Collection Sucks,” and “Why Don’t Lesbians Love Me?,” but strangely enough, “Forced to Suck” is about selling out and how they can’t wait to till they do. Sloppy Seconds in my opinion is a good powerful punk/junk rock band and their upbeat tunes and fast tempos reflect classic punk and ’80s rock.
