Flin Flon

A-Ok

Teen Beat

At first glance, Flin Flon are simple and cute. Pop pickers can pucker up to their minimalist melodies whilst true believers will have ample time to contemplate what has passed and what is to follow, thanks to the thoughtful, quiet pauses carefully positioned between tracks. At first glance, song titles have a closer relationship to obscure Canadian cities than they do with their actual content. Good thing someone thought of subtitles. At first glance, all is so simple and yet there seems to be more going on. At first glance, it all seems so French. Teen Beat, P.O. Box 3265, Arlington, VA 22203
