Elephant Orange

Elephant Orange

Elephant Orange is an excellent South Florida band that you may remember as the Nocturnals. Back and bigger than ever with a new name and lots of cool things happening for them, the band is on a Def Leppard Tribute album doing “Bringing on the Heartache.” The line up features multi-talented musicians Dave Scott on guitar and vocals, Kevyn Andrew on bass, Jerry James on guitar, and new drummer Joey from Wobble. This band has a unique sound all their own that’s matched with excellent musicianship and well-written songs.

This CD is simply awesome, and features some very radio friendly songs, like “A Thousand Eyes,” “Sweetheart,” and “Boy Meets Girl Again,” which has some clever hooks and rhythms. My favorite songs on this CD would have to be the dramatic “Conscience,” the catchy “Glass Houses,” the amazing “Before It’s Over,” the cool “Boy Meets Girl Again,” and the grooving “Spin the Wheel.” Other great songs include “Nothing’s Wrong,” their classic tune “Missile on the Highway,” and the playful “Gold Digger.”
