Careful how you go

frigidisk

Another record that makes me beat the keyboard in frustration. DFsdfklj WIFUHFn SDJ! SDlkfklsdf LSDF!!!! Every month I sit down and listen to Careful how you go five times in a row. Every month I discover that a lot of those infectious unidentified hooks that keep running through my head are all actually from this record. Every month, I find myself unable to describe just what the hell it is beyond guitar, drums, bass and a razor-sharp pop sensibility (with the occasional piano) that makes Careful how you go such a standout in a field populated by disposable prettiness. “You make me” is filled with lurking menace, while “The devil you know” is the musical equivalent of streetlamps in the fog. Delicate and addictive, this is worth seeking out.
