With the sexy vocals of Melissa Kaplan layered on top of electronic beats, it’s not much of a stretch to compare Splashdown with to likes of Garbage and Björk. The five songs on this EP are all heavily produced and range stylistically from drum and bass to light industrial. If Splashdown can get the right exposure, they will certainly have a commercial success on their hands.
