Bringin’ Out the Dead

Music from the Motion Picture

Columbia

A Scorsese film about New York better have some gritty music. Oh yeah, well we have Van Morrison, the Clash, along with some others you wouldn’t expect like UB40 and the Marvelettes. Also included are the Johnny Thunders, the Melodians, the Cellos, and some other older stuff. The one song from this decade (R.E.M.’s) is the only one that doesn’t seem to fit. Hey, it’s a soundtrack, if you like it, you like it.
