Taang

The Swirlies’ music is much like their name – blissfully swirly, jangly indie rock that always manages to bring out the nicest melodies from effects-laden noisiness. This album uses a lot of the same sounds but a different approach, as it is a remix record, with mixes by DJ Spooky, Adam Pierce, Mice Parade, and a bunch of others. Very cool to have those textures re-interpreted and strewn across these beats.
