The Jealous Sound

The Jealous Sound

Better Looking

Yes. A brand new indie rock supergroup to please the crowds and get the kids bouncing up and down. Those vocals… you know them and love them because they’re attached to the pop hooks that wrapped around your heart while listening to Knapsack. The guitar… kinda reminds you of that Sunday’s Best spaciousness. The drums come from Ten Foot Pole, and the bass slips in with a timely beat from out of Neither Trumpets Nor Drums. Put these styles and sounds together and you get some intense songs, unfortunately only numbering five. The combination of Blair Shehan’s voice and Pedro Benito’s guitar work alone leads the Jealous Sound into a new level of sound. A new generation of indie pop dynamics stretching out into the world. The best music to listen to is music that was created out of a love for the music, and this EP shines like that.
