Revelation

Fast and hard-hitting hardcore that has a very east coast feel to it – DC style, but with an edge that feels like the dirt of a New York street. Solid and straight through, with dynamic harmonies in the vocals. Sometimes it touches on the energy of bands like the Get Up Kids, but it’s not as… happy? It actually starts falling more and more into a place alongside the Get Up Kids as I listen, but played straighter. More punk, less pop, though the hooks still snap and crackle. It’s definitely angrier, but the kids love that, right?
