Triple X

This band is seemingly stuck in the ’70s while trying to be a grunge band, but the mix ends up sending the songs into an ’80s metal mess. Some of the songs are actually pretty cool, once you start letting yourself relax into the sound and not take it too seriously. Sorta an early Raging Slab/Straw Dogs thing going on, and yeah• it rocks. One thing you can’t miss on the album is that it’s produced by Henry Rollins, who also does some guest vocals. Take that how you will.
