Dear Nora

We’ll Have a Time

Magic Marker

The full lush sounds hide the fact that this was recorded in a basement, and make for an album that’s full of beautiful mood enhancing moments. Most songs fall under three minutes, moving from mellow trips through sunshine to a faster drive down a shady lane. This trio pushes out strong pop hooks wrapped in a gritty guitar. Female vocals croon and harmonize, sing song sometimes and shouting at others. Then when they get cute, they get really cute. Cuddle-core hits all over again, and Dear Nora, while more dynamic than bands like Cub, make you grin just as hard.
