Paula Frazer

Indoor Universe

Birdman

Sunset waltzes that drive you across the evening like desert rain. Paula Frazer is the voice that haunted and enchanted in the band Tarnation, and here, on her own, she carries on the beauty of that band and moves it into deeper waters. The orchestration is thicker, but still moving. Paula’s voice, perhaps, has a new strength, but it still calls upon the voice of beauty. Country and western ballads placed against a lush realm of guitar and strings. The violin catches your throat, the horns hit your pulse, and through it all, the vocals make you feel.
