Snow Angel

Snow Angel

Does spacey music make you take psychedelics, or does taking psychedelics make you listen to spacey music? That’s one of the great cosmic questions, and Snow Angel is only going to muddy the water. These gals have flashed back to the Electric Kool Aid sound and brought the sitar and slightly processed female voice back to the forefront of pop music.

Lead singer Gabby La la may rip off her stage name from a more successful singer, but she certainly has the ethereal sound that sells this dream popsicle of a record. All songs here sound heavily processed, there seems to a be a shift in their natural singing range without excess auto tune or a helium driven Alvin and the chipmunks.
