A former member of the infamous Culture Terror Organization and The Last Modern, J Noise played the character “HOST” on the (almost) pirate music television program “Noise Bazaar” from 1990 to 1996. Following a 36 month reign as ruler of a remote Phillipine island colony, he returned to the US and began “STRIPWAX”, the world’s only music-review comic strip.
