Orlando has got a punk scene that most don’t even realize exists. The Country Slashers are one of the best to occupy this eclectic underground world of rowdy rock ‘n’ roll. Jen Cray caught up with them at The Social, alongside another pair of eye opening local acts.
After Disney refused to allow Dillinger Escape Plan to play their Orlando House of Blues date alongside metalcore heavyweights Killswitch Engage, the NJ band booked their own show at The Social. Jen Cray , and a few hundred other fans, eagerly came out to see them.
Totimoshi may have been playing to a crowd that could have fit into Jen Cray’s living room, but that did nothing to dim their spirits or the quality of their performance.
