Numb is two guys from Vancouver doing electro-industrial. Imagine that. For some reason, Vancouver and Europe are consistently sprouting industrial bands left and right, all in the electronic vein. Often times these new bands draw influences from Skinny Puppy, and always use distorted vocals. Numb seems to offer something a little bit different, if not at least danceable music.

Blood Meridian is the full length release, and Blind is a remix EP. It’s interesting to note that Blind offers three versions of “Blind” that all destroy the original. Metropolis is starting to put out more and more quality industrial releases, and Numb is one of them. For the industrial connoisseur, I liken Numb to a more electronic version of Spahn Ranch, Christ Analogue, or Bile. Metropolis Records, P.O.
