The Dirtys

You Should Be Sinnin’

Crypt

Crypt’s the label that deconstructed punk rock to its rock’n’roll roots, and helped to re-ignite the flame that the psychedelia of the sixties and the indulgence of the seventies and eighties helped to all but extinguish. However, Crypt has also been the label that’s been slowly isolating itself on a rock’n’roll island somewhere between 1966 and 1968. The Dirtys bring Crypt up to date and bridge the gap between now and then, by doing something not only a bit more Iggy and the Stooges-ish, but with a lot more “fuck,” and also throwin’ ya somethin’ definitely more current. Don’t let the slickness of the package design fool ya, The Dirtys deliver everything the name promises. Rockin’, rollin’ and draggin’ your sorry ass through the scum of punk rock’n’roll.
