William Carlos Williams

White Women

ShoeString

This Atlanta label seems to have snagged two of the brightest stars in the local firmament, thud-meisters Tweezer and harshcore geniuses William Carlos Williams. The opening “As The Hen Ages… “ and following tracks might lead you to believe that WCW is a good embodiment of chaos, but “The Shame of Man” easily disproves any skepticism the listener may experience by coolly melding a sparse guitar and bass with softly brushed drums and ambient samples into a subtly flowing piece that soothes as capably as their other pieces rile.
