Hits Underground

Book 1

Nope, no label information anywhere on this compilation of extreme death metal. Oh, each band’s label is given, but I have no idea how you can find a copy of Hits Underground. Featured bands include Morbid Angel, Stuck Mojo, Living Sacrifice, Emperor and The Haunted. Interesting commentary, spoken over ominous, tribal drums, is included between the different tracks. I think it’s a pretty good collection of current extreme metal and the editorializing says what needs to be said about the positive resurgence of metal in general
