Studio I/O

Digital Audio Interface

Sonorus has recently announced some changes to their award-winning Studio I/O digital audio interface ($849). On the technology side, Studio I/O now has a Windows NT 4.0 driver that offers benefits and options not available on Windows 95, including greater stability when using 32-bit applications, the ability to make use of multi-processor motherboards, and the ability to use RAID disk arrays that only run on NT. While all of these updates are important for current users of Windows NT, there are rumors that the current version of Windows will be the last version supported by Microsoft, with the software giant converting future development completely over to the NT platform. If indeed this is true, Sonorus will find itself one step ahead of the pack with their own system development protocols. Sonorusm 111 East 12th Street #2, New York, NY 10003;
