A CD compilation of the third and fourth volumes in a series of double seven inch compilations of grind, power violence, sludge, hardcore stuff, along with some bonus tracks. Thirty tracks from twenty-three bands, most of which go by pretty fast. I prefer the speedy, screamy stuff myself, and was most pleased by amazing tracks from Soilent Green, Excruciating Terror, Cavity, Flame Retarded, Carol, Spazz, Los Crudos, Charles Bronson, Locust, and Agoraphobic Nosebleed.
