Small Stars

One Verse 7”

Kill Rock Stars

From the Kill Rock Stars singles club comes this sweet little offering. The B-side is the sweetest, with melancholy strings over soft strums, and aching vocals that remind me of Jen Wood. The production is a bit fuzzy, leaving the vocals a bit underneath the melody, but the sadness is still there. The A-side carries the same arrangement, but the beat is more up. You can still feel the ache, you can still push the sound of the guitars against the rain hitting the windows, but it’s a good ache.
