I was immediately reminded of a quote a read a few months back. Parker Posey says, “If something’s corny, it’s just because it’s true. There’s so much passion lacking now. Everything is so fucking cool. I’m so sick of that.” The lyrics on this 4-song demo are so straightforward and blatant that they’re refreshing. Great drumming by Lionel Cordew, too.
