Another warmed-over batch of cookie-cutter NOFX-Foraname dross in Dogpiss’s Eine Kleine Punkmusic , even if it comes from Brit-punk veterans (two members of Snuff, one of Guns ‘n’ Wankers): all syrupy vocal harmonies poured over mildly metallic/not-so-mildly melodic guitars, drums ticking away to derivative tempos roped up from the Epi-fat ranch, making the whole sunny mess rather ambient if you just concentrate on the wheezy, stuffed sinuses “oooohhhh, aaaahhhh” vocal approach. Me, I’ll take the whole Screeching Ramone’s Raygun school of genericism over said NOFX-Foraname one any day – now how’s that for the lesser of two evils?
