M.I.J.

M.I.J. EP

Caulfield

Subtly captivating emo/indie rock. I remember M.I.J. being one of the highlights of the 1997 Gainesville hardcore fest and it’s great to hear something new from them, even if it’s only four songs. Nice melodies and vocal harmonies with a catchy quality that creeps up on you. The recording isn’t the best, but the songs stick in my head nonetheless, so I’m not sure how much that really matters. Sweet.
