Wylie & the Wild West

Ridin’ the Hi-Line

Rounder

This is the genuine article, the real thing. Wylie’s a yodeling cowhand, as he states right away, and though the music on here may seem like a complete anachronism, the simple ways of these songs, and the life they describe, glitter with sincerity like silver coins in the dust. A bit of Western swing to twirl a girl by, some good old-fashioned vocal acrobatics, and a whole lot of clean wholesome fun.
