Against All Authority/The Criminals

Exchange

Sub City

The Against All Authority kids continue with their chaotic, brash, pissed-off punk rock. They throw a very tiny bit of skank in the blender, but nothing like their early stuff. It seems like they are trying to move away from their earlier releases. To tell you the truth, years and years of listening to punk, and I didn’t pick up on the change to the Criminals songs. I guess I’m getting old. Damn. The good thing is that this is a benefit record (as all Sub City releases are) for a health clinic in Berkeley. The bad thing is that I didn’t think it was very good. You might think differently.
