Nice. The Plan burst with frantically angular, catchy Drive Like Jehu-ish dissonance amidst driving energy and shout-sung vocals. A nice amount of variety in the approaches keeps things fresh. Fans of Fugazi and Sleepytime Trio should also pay attention. Sincere, frantic vocals atop interesting structures. Very good!
