The Road

Regular

Tight and clean slight roots rock. Female vocals strong and upfront, over acoustic jangle and electric twang. You can see the coffeehouse tour, you can see echoes of the red-velvet jazz club. Smooth, baby, smooth. Snap your fingers and groove on those laid back horns, and then rock out like some VH1 flashback. A funky riff, and some Luscious Jackson-like sounds, but not as bright. This has the potential to rock, but it’s just implied. The phrases are used, but the sentence is left incomplete.
