Tizzy

Scary In Adulthood

Papercut

Tizzy is another in a long line of Boston-area bands with a solid alt-pop sound. Following the trail blazed by Letters To Cleo, Fuzzy, and the Gigolo Aunts, Joel Boultinghouse, Teri Morris, and Jen Stavely carry on the tradition. Tizzy’s songs dance all around “cute” without actually stepping into the trap. While far from a classic, Tizzy’s Scary In Adulthood is a welcome reprieve from the glut of music out there that has forgotten that fun is not forbidden.
