Fifth Year Crush

Two Twelve

Self Released

Fairly straight-ahead alt.country-sounding songs, with an emphasis on the alternative. Not exactly truck-driving tunes, no dirt road romances happening here, but still, it does make me feel like watching the sun set and think about that ex-girlfriend who left me. The faster tunes get me a bit happier than when they hit the slow dance style, but even the slow songs leave you with that sweet feeling of loss. Some of the guitar riffs remind me of Tom Petty, but only until the singing starts. Free fallin’, y’know?
