Ghoti Hook
Two Years To Never
Tooth & Nail
Pretty rocked-out power-pop through most of the tracks, but some surprises thrown in. A romantic ballad, ’70s arena rock style (remember “Beth”?). Some punked-out guitar riff mayhem at times, with angered vocals yelling like some rebel. Otherwise, the songs are fairly hook-laden and structured. There are nice piano dynamics that slide for awhile, but guitars rule here. It’s lacking in its cohesiveness a little, and though that metal feel never really goes away, the songs are strong.
