Bee Gees
This is Where I Came In
Universal
As the Bee Gees have in the past, they once again produce an album that surpasses definition. From the adult contemporary style “Wedding Day” to the Hollywood jazz revival “Technicolor Dreams,” you can bet that with this CD, every track will surprise and delight you. According to Universal Records, they have gone back to their roots and are developing the music that they were once famous for in the ’60s. While the audience of the old Bee Gees have since aged, the three remaining members of the platinum-selling group have remained timeless; they’ve adjusted their sound just enough to invoke a little interest from the younger crowd and have returned to their pure guitar and voice sound that made them so popular so many years ago (before the whole disco scene, that is). An all around good album; if you’ve been waiting for the return of the Bee Gees, wait no longer, because even though they’ve aged, they’re as vibrant and as innovative as ever.
