Absolutely Kosher

This band moves from spacious, floating, electronic-touched soundscapes to light electronic guitar touched pop songs, bringing to mind both Spiritualized and Ivy at almost the same time. There’s a bit of an old New Wave thing going on here – Talking Heads, Blondie – but the nineties shine through with an indie style flair. You can dance to this, move to this, groove to this, or just hang out in some spaced-out mood to this. The male vocals float in soft and whispering, sparse beats and keyboard sounds float, and the harmonies are so• tender. Tender, but sometimes it’s so sharp that you get hooked.
