Mixmaster Mike

Spin Psycle

Moonshine

Even though the dissolution of the Invisible Skratch Piklz may have caused a slight ripple in the turntablist community, it has actually worked wonders for each individual•s immense talent and output since then. Having laid the beats for the Beasties while simultaneously dropping his own mixes, Mixmaster Mike returns with blunt force again on Spin Psycle. Records are tweaked like sonic Tourette•s Syndrome, with the plate of tracks providing a fine meal for your ears and brain to devour. Everyone from Deltron 3030 to Gangstarr and his own Piklz clan get diced, sliced and wrung out more than twice. Hip-hop collides into itself throughout, while the cuts provided by Mike actually take a backseat to the mix this time around. The party has started once again on Psycle, an abrasive, enjoyable compilation that will leave the competition out to dry.
