Cut the Midrange, Drop the Bass

Rephlex

Here we have three techno songs (“Cut the Midrange, Drop the Bass,” “With This Ring,” and “What Shall We Do with a Drunken Sailor?”) that are so annoying and catchy that you can never possibly get them out of your head until every waking moment you curse your very existence because you’re singing them at the weirdest moments, taking a shower, in the middle of your great-aunt’s funeral, having sex, and before you know it you like it, you really, really like it until you become so ashamed of the poppy, inane tune popping out of your mouth when the doctor tells you that the tumor beneath your skull is inoperable and people find your self-immolated body outside of Sony’s headquarters. I highly recommend it.
