Diabolic

Vengeance Ascending

Olympic

Yikes! Be careful with this one! These guys are a very satanic death metal outfit from Tampa, and they’re really mean looking!

This is pretty much what you’d expect from Tampa: fast, grinding guitars, evil and growly vocals, blast beats and fevered drumming, bad facial hair (one of the members has a little crusty mustache and feathered hair combo!). Anyway, these guys aren’t breaking any new ground, here. The songs are very complex and the musicianship is top notch, but they’re pretty much following in the footsteps of speed/death metal predecessors.

If you’re into unbridled speed/death stuff, you’ll like this. If you’re looking to add to your prolific collection of metal bands, check it out. If you only have a few dollars and need a new CD, skip this one now, and try it out later.

P.S. Look at their funny Web site address.
