Resonance

Breakbeat Science

Miss Reid here is definitely built for … velocity. This NYC d&b and 2step queen drops a breakneck, seamless mix party disc that absolutely whiplashes through your speakers. Though I could’ve actually used some 2step (which seems to have disappeared in the States as quickly as it came – sorry MJ Cole and Artful Dodger), this is an incendiary collection with works from Agent BLK, Polar, Marcus Intalex, Skeptic, DJ Damage, Ming & FS, and Stratus. And the fluted moan of Future Prophecies’ “Euphoria” is absolutely brilliant and the best track here. Resonance is an amphetamine rush sure to liven up any party. A must-have for the raver in you.
