Hot Cross/Light the Fuse and Run

Split EP

Level Plane

Short and sweet. Two of Level Plane’s best groups – Hot Cross and Light the Fuse and Run, both from Virginia – deliver two EP-worthy (i.e. don’t expect anything radically different from both bands’ regular output) tracks of frenetic hardcore, packaged in a slimline jewel case (something about those cases always impresses me) and priced with the kids in mind. If you haven’t been paying attention to this label, start now. This EP is a good introduction.
