Anyone remember a rousing speech Ted Kennedy gave back in, I believe, ‘88, in which the theme was George Bush the elder’s lack of fingerprints on any substantive issue? The recurring phrase was, “Where was George?”
I’m thinking we may have to revive that old warhorse for Kerry. Where the hell is he? That requires boldface: Where the hell is he? Actually, it requires caps, too: WHERE THE HELL IS HE?
