Iceberg Defect

Fill ‘Er Up!

Fill 'Er Up!

The American people have successfully spoiled their own government to a fault.

Why wouldn’t the U.S. military be surprised when a few desperate Iraqis – under-armed and overwhelmed – decide to resist? America’s own populace is a model of sheepish allegiance. The powers that be manage the citizenry of the most powerful country with mere mirages of fear. A color-coded mood ring, dispensing apprehension rather than reflecting it.

Most people have already resigned theirselves to letting the wookie win.

Iceberg out.
