Bernadette Moley

all I want

GCG

Bernadette Moley is an Irish-born singer/songwriter currently residing in Los Angeles. Her music is an interesting blend of traditional Irish songs with a pop/rock influence. Some of the lyrics tend towards the elegiac and lonely rather than the romantic, but that’s not necessarily an unhappy thing when the elegy is the soft “Sweet Fiona.” Romance is covered by such songs as the opening “Love To Me.”

Why heck, I like this girl, although I’m not wholly sure I can tell you why. Maybe it’s because her day job is working as an animator for Disney, which is pretty cool, if not as cool as being an animator working for Pixar. But why split hairs?
