One of the statements spoken over and over by Londoners regarding the attacks of July 7th was that they were “expecting” such an event to occur. The consensus settled on this morbid fatalism for a variety of reasons ranging from the support for invading Iraq displayed by “Top Poodle” Tony Blair to the fact that they were simply “due for a bombing.” Sad to say – this same kind of resigned attitude is beginning to surface here in America, and I’m one of those that believes another attack on America is nigh.
One of the biggest reasons for this belief, at least for the readers and feeders of alternative news on the internet, is the report that the FBI is planning a “summer terrorism drill” this month in North Carolina.
“The exercise is to begin with a weapons of mass destruction drill at Fort Bragg with some of the perpetrators escaping. Other events will occur over the next three days at or near other military bases in eastern North Carolina, at the State Port in Morehead City and in the Pamlico Sound.” Associated Press
So, what indication lies therein that makes me believe that America could very well be attacked again? The fact that on September 11th, 2001 the CIA was conducting an exercise simulating what would happen if a plane slammed into a building.
“In what the government describes as a bizarre coincidence, one U.S. intelligence agency was planning an exercise last Sept. 11 in which an errant aircraft crashed into one of its buildings. But the cause wasn’t terrorism – it was to be a simulated accident.” Associated Press
Wait. It gets weirder.
BBC Radio 5 interviewed Peter Power, Managing Director of Visor Consultants, on the evening of July 7th, 2005 – the day of the first London bombing attacks. In a chilling interview that evoked cries of deja vu from those who were aware of the CIA’s 9/11 exercise, Power admitted that his company was conducting an “exercise” simulating what would happen if bombs exploded simultaneously in the London Underground.
“Power told the host that at the exact same time that the London bombings were taking place, his company was running a 1,000 person strong exercise which drilled the London Underground being bombed at the exact same locations, at the exact same times, as happened in real life.” – Prison Planet
By now, you’re probably getting the picture. During these “exercises,” key parts of security systems were shut down in simulation, disabling devices that would’ve picked up on any sketchy doings. With emergency teams already on the scene for the drill, response to both 9/11 and 7/7 was quick. In both situations, blame was quickly laid upon Muslims. Now who stands to benefit from such a ploy?
Personally, I take this information with a grain of salt, but it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if sometime in August or September, the United States experienced another devastating attack on home soil, an attack that would quickly be blamed on Muslim extremists and serve as a rationale for going to war against Iran and Syria. Who would want to frame these Muslims? Who has the biggest grudge against these people, people who sit on millions of barrels of oil, people who stand in the way of imperialism and globalism? People who won’t play the game. If you’re thinking there’s no way that America could do that to its own people, then you need to do a little research into shady bits of history such as “Operation Northwoods.”
“These proposals – part of a secret anti-Castro program known as Operation Mongoose – included staging the assassinations of Cubans living in the United States, developing a fake ‘Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington,’ including ‘sink[ing] a boatload of Cuban refugees (real or simulated),’ faking a Cuban airforce attack on a civilian jetliner, and concocting a ‘Remember the Maine’ incident by blowing up a U.S. ship in Cuban waters and then blaming the incident on Cuban sabotage. Bamford himself writes that Operation Northwoods ‘may be the most corrupt plan ever created by the U.S. government.’” –The National Security Archive
If the U.S. government was actually planning on such a series of attacks in 1962, would they not try the same actions now? Read the below quotes and then think on that question:

Will I be surprised when the bombs start exploding in this country? No. It’s inevitable, as long as these people are running the government. Which is all the more reason to not only get them out of office, but to try them for the crimes which they’ve committed against humanity.
Where Are We Heading?
If George W. Bush and the neo-cons have their way, America will be bankrupt, and they’ll be sitting pretty either in some underground complex, drinking oil from china cups, or they’ll be still at the reins of this red, white and blue bull, cracking whips and marching U.S. citizens into concentration camps.
Either way, there’s a good chance that of all the industries that will be necessary for mankind to survive after such a fall, mine may not be top priority. Sure, people will need entertainment to take their minds off of how much suckiness there’s bound to be in that kind of a world, but how will they watch TV if the power has been shut off? Why venture out to see a movie when the theaters have been seized for use by the rich only? And who will book bands when they outlaw joyous assembly?
I dunno, maybe I’m being extreme – but on the other side of the coin, Bush and Co. could be run out of town on a rail, the country will rebound from a frightful revolution to once again enjoy a time of prosperity, freedom and boundless exercising of artistic endeavors. I’m banking on the latter – because if I weren’t, I’d be learning how to shoe horses, build houses, cure cancer and work on cars (none of which I’m currently able to do, but there are books.)

So, apparently Dick Cheney has already ordered a nuclear strike on Iran in the event of a 9/11-style attack on the U.S. This is whether Iran is directly involved or not. Nice.
Congress is in recess, the president is on vacation, there’s no-one to say “step away from the button, sir” as Cheney calls the shots from the aforementioned underground complex. And what have the neo-cons said about polarizing events such as Pearl Harbor and 9/11?
“The process of transformation,” the plan said, “is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor.”
American Free Press asked Christopher Maletz, assistant director of the PNAC about what was meant by the need for “a new Pearl Harbor.”
“They needed more money to up the defense budget for raises, new arms, and future capabilities,” Maletz said. “Without some disaster or catastrophic event” neither the politicians nor the military would have approved, Maletz said.
The “new Pearl Harbor,” in the form of the terror attacks of Sept. 11, provided the necessary catalyst to put the global war plan into effect. Congress quickly allocated $40 billion to fund the “war on terrorism” shortly after 9-11. –American Free Press
As I mentioned earlier in this piece, there is a “terrorist drill” to be conducted later this month in North Carolina. What if – just what if this exercise coincides with some huge, terrible nuclear event that gives Cheney the impetus necessary to target Iran?
