Barnes sues Perdue over voter letter

Photo ID information may have misinformed

Former Gov. Roy Barnes has filed a lawsuit against his successor, Gov. Sonny Perdue, and the State Election Board for the mailing of 200,000 letters to registered Georgia voters that suggested a photo ID was needed to vote in the Nov. 7 general election.

The problem? The letters were sent out days after a judge ruled the law requiring a photo ID to be unconstitutional.</i>

Ok, thats how the ruling party is attempting to maintain control by keeping citizens from using their inalienable rights in my state, Georgia.
