To 325,602 of my fellow Georgians
You people are frackin’ idiots.
Thankfully, more than double that amount decided to vote for a sane person:

But what is staggering to me is that out of over 1.5 million votes cast in Georgia yesterday, only 27,893 people voted for Ron Paul. The only remaining candidate for either party who is willing to state the truth- that we must exit Iraq as soon as possible- only generates a smattering of support. Now, you see more Paul signs around town than anyone elses but that didn’t seem to gain him much. Despite the fact that a majority of Americans want us out of Iraq.
Now some will say that Huckanut’s support is based largely on his pimping of the Fair Tax, a load of fiscal slight of hand that sounds tempting but in the end doesn’t live up to it’s claims. Look at it this way- anything Neal Boortz spends 99% of his radio show trying to sell has to be a lie.
No, I think the real reason Huckabee did well in Georgia is that we’ve got a bunch of folks just a hatin’ in this state. Hating gays. Hating women making a choice. Hating those little brown folks- just as soon as they cut their lawn, that is. Watching this dimwit pander to every hillbilly college football yeahbuddy in the south in his “victory” speech last night makes you shudder for humanity. The one good thing about King George is, no matter what form of right wingnut reach around sop to the troops he makes- faith based this, sanctity of life that, you can be assured he no more means it than anything else he says, he’s a pathological liar- but the Huckster, well, he lined up to fill his sippy cup of the far-right Kook Aid more than a few times. He might actually believe that we should alter the law of the land to make it conform to “Gods law”.
