Don Siegalman to be released from prison
Siegelman to be released from prison, Scrushy must stay in
MONTGOMERY – A federal appellate court today ordered former Gov. Don Siegelman released from prison while he appeals his 2006 conviction, but denied co-defendant Richard Scrushy’s request to be released.
Siegelman, railroaded into jail by what many feel is the machinations of Karl Rove, is free on an appeal bond. And the House Judicary Committee wants a word with him as well.
Gotta wonder, how much does Rove pay in retainer fees? Whew.
