Genie and Audrey’s Dream Show

Genie and Audrey’s Dream Show

With Genie Cartier and Audrey Spinazola

EGADS Productions!!!

Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival, Purple Venue</strong>

This is a darling little show, but if you aren’t in the very front row you’ll miss the whole thing. Audrey is the talkative one with the accordion, Genie the strong silent girl who does the amazing acrobatics. She the sort of girl that can walk upside down while knitting with her feet, and the premise is a dreamy afternoon in a play house, they have a tea party, blow bubbles, and juggle with nuclear weapons. Scenes flow from one into another and each event seems to logically follow the previous, but like any dream you only remember fragments and when you try and explain it once awake, it sounds a great deal like what I just wrote. Enjoy, but get in line early, I was in the back and should have stood.

This commentary was based on a technical rehearsal.

This production is part of the 2014 Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival. Information on tickets and show times may be found at http://OrlandoFringe.org/
